JAIPER-1 V5: Resolution-Limited Convergence in Optimal Waveform Design – Experimental Evidence from JAIPER V9 Implementation

English: This technical note represents Version 5 (V5) of the JAIPER-1 research project. This study documents a critical experimental constraint identified within the loop design: the performance convergence of optimal waveforms bounded by digital-to-analog discretization parameters. Although the theoretical path toward the V9 architecture incorporates continuous high-order derivative optimization, its physical mapping into a standard 10-bit DAC grid (discrete representation range: 0–1023) renders the signals numerically equivalent: V9(n) ≈ V8(n). This note outlines a fundamental hardware limitation where control smoothness transcends the representation capability of the physical converter, establishing the V8 waveform as the absolute operational limit under 10-bit boundaries and providing the baseline requirements for future higher-bit external interfaces (12 to 16 bits). El estudio documenta un hallazgo crítico en el búnker experimental: la convergencia del diseño óptico de señales limitada por restricciones severas de cuantización en el hardware real. Aunque la evolución teórica hacia la topología V9 introduce optimizaciones continuas para suavizar derivadas de orden superior, su mapeo práctico dentro de un convertidor digital-analógico (DAC) de 10 bits (resolución discreta de 0 a 1023 niveles) demuestra que ambas señales se vuelven numéricamente equivalentes: V9(n) ≈ V8(n). Este reporte establece un límite duro de ingeniería donde la precisión del control digital se encuentra acotada por la representación del silicio, definiendo a V8 como la geometría óptima bajo restricciones de 10 bits y justificando la transición hacia hardware externo de mayor resolución (12 a 16 bits).
