This paper presents a non-modal fixation of reading. Reading is not treated as interpretation, observation, cognition, epistemic access, or understanding. It is fixed without causality, temporality, subject, meaning, or representational mediation. The text does not explain reading. It delimits the structural condition under which readable fixation is maintained without subject-dependent interpretation. Reading is fixed as readable delimitation without operation, process, or representation. Delimitation is not introduced as separation, division, or boundary. Readable fixation remains fixed without derivation, explanation, or semantic grounding. No subject is introduced. No meaning is introduced. No representation is introduced. No temporality is introduced. No causality is introduced. This paper is part of the Core Structural Layer within Kasei-Theory.
