The article is devoted to the impact of digitalization of activities, which is a widespread phenomenon, on the state of the human resources component of economic security of the organization. It reflects the main directions of digitalization of domestic organizations' activities, which determine the conditions of their functioning at present. Approaches to the definition of personnel security as a part of economic security of the organization are investigated. The fundamental bases of economic security of the organization, which should be taken into account when determining the essence of any of its components, are highlighted. The author's view on the essence of the human resources component of economic security of the organization is presented. The influence of digitalization on the human resources component of economic security of the organization is studied, which allowed us to identify the main threats and opportunities to ensure human resources security.
