*1. ABSTRACT*Conventional biochemistry and quantum biology isolate cellular energy production within localized chemical reactions and static 'in-vitro' laboratory environments. This paper, under the Deshmukh Global Shield Theory (DGST-V12), asserts that bio-energy is not a mere byproduct of molecular oxidation, but an uninterrupted 'Photonic-Hydraulic Flux' originating from the atmospheric ozone-shield dynamics. Under natural barometric pressure, oxygen acts as a mechanical, quantum-charged vessel rather than a passive gas, facilitating instantaneous systemic polarization. This document exposes the fundamental blind spot in standard laboratory research on isolated tissues. Mainstream medical science and biology largely view the living organism as a purely chemical and biological entity. Current scientific consensus posits that the eyes are the primary absorbents of atmospheric light, responsible for regulating the circadian rhythm. However, this perspective remains entangled in its own rigid assumptions and, to some extent, traditional philosophical or spiritual concepts that over-emphasize the eyes and the space between them as the ultimate energy centers.
