At Mcrit = 14. 75 M☉, CCEGA black stars undergo a phase transition to CCEGA black holes. We compute the collapse dynamics for objects near this critical mass. The collapse timescale is tcollapse ~ 0. 03–0. 08 ms, producing a GW burst at f ~ 10, 000–17, 000 Hz with strain h ~ 3×10⁻²² at 100 Mpc. This signal is detectable by Einstein Telescope and marginally by LIGO O4 for nearby events. No other compact object model predicts a post-merger high-frequency burst at these frequencies from a mass-gap object — it is a unique CCEGA signature at Mcrit.
