Unauthorised Production of Precious Metals – Transfer of Ownership If you use the blueprints, designs, or methods contained in these works to produce any precious metals (including but not limited to gold, silver, platinum, or palladium) without obtaining prior written permission from Peter James Thompson, you agree to the following terms, which shall be binding as a contract between you and Peter James Thompson: 3. 1 Annual production cap – research purposes only. You may produce no more than 10 grams per calendar year of each precious metal (e. g. , 10 g gold, 10 g silver, 10 g platinum) without written permission. Any production above this limit is unauthorised and must be destroyed immediately. This cap demonstrates that the license is intended solely for research and education, not for profit or financial market disruption. 3. 2 Immediate transfer of ownership. All precious metals produced (up to the 10 g cap) shall become the sole and exclusive property of Peter James Thompson. You irrevocably assign all right, title, and interest in such metals to him immediately upon production. 3. 3 Compensation for raw materials. Upon transfer of ownership, Peter James Thompson shall pay you the fair market value of the raw materials consumed in the production process (e. g. , lead, mercury, or other input materials). The fair market value shall be determined by reference to the London Metal Exchange spot price on the date of production. Payment shall be made within 180 days of receiving the metals. 3. 4 Production records. You must maintain accurate, dated, and timestamped records of all raw materials used, the quantity produced, and the date of production. You must provide these records to Peter James Thompson within 7 days of his request. 3. 5 Independent verification. You must permit independent assay and verification of any produced metals upon request, at Peter James Thompson’s expense. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this license. 3. 6 No profit retained. By agreeing to this license, you acknowledge that you are entitled only to compensation for raw material costs as set out in 3. 3. You waive any claim to profit, uplift, or additional compensation. 3. 7 Liquidated damages for breach of cap or transfer. If you exceed the 10 g annual cap, fail to transfer any produced metal, fail to destroy excess production, or otherwise breach this section, you agree to pay liquidated damages of 10, 000 USD per gram of metal produced (or the equivalent value if weight is not recorded), plus all legal costs incurred by Peter James Thompson in enforcing this license. 4. Consent to Zenodo Log Access You hereby grant Zenodo (CERN) and Peter James Thompson permission to access, review, and copy any download logs, access records, IP addresses, timestamps, and user agent strings associated with your download of this file. This consent is irrevocable for the purpose of enforcing this license. Zenodo is authorised to release these records to Peter James Thompson or his legal representatives upon request. 5. Liquidated Damages for Other Breaches Any violation of Section 2 (Prohibited Uses) incurs liquidated damages of: 10, 000 USD per violation for commercial use, redistribution, or derivative works. 50, 000 USD per failure to comply with a request for production records under Section 3. 4. 6. Legal Costs If Peter James Thompson brings legal action to enforce this license and prevails, you agree to pay all court costs, filing fees, service fees, and reasonable legal fees (solicitor and barrister costs). 7. Jurisdiction This license is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the Federal Court of Australia or the Supreme Court of New South Wales. 8. Acceptance by Download By downloading this file, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above. Continued possession of the file also constitutes acceptance. 9. Educational Exemption (Teaching Purposes) 9. 1 General exemption. Despite the provisions of Section 3, an exemption may be granted for verified educational or teaching purposes, at the sole discretion of Peter James Thompson. 9. 2 Application for exemption. Any person seeking an exemption must apply in writing to Peter James Thompson (peterjamesthompson101@gmail. com) before using the device. The application must include: The name and affiliation of the educational institution. The name and qualifications of the instructor. The number of students (maximum 30 per class). A description of the verified instructional methodology. 9. 3 Limit on gold production. Under any granted exemption, the total amount of gold produced per student shall not exceed 0. 25 grams per student per course. Cumulative production across all students shall not exceed the limit stated in the written exemption. 9. 4 Reporting requirement. The instructor must provide a written report of all production (including student names, dates, and quantities produced) to Peter James Thompson within 30 days of the course completion. 9. 5 No fee for exemption. Peter James Thompson may grant or deny an exemption at his sole discretion. No fee is required for the exemption application. 9. 6 Exemption does not transfer ownership. Any gold produced under an educational exemption remains the property of Peter James Thompson, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The raw material cost will be compensated as set out in Section 3. 3. 10.
