This paper puts forward an advanced time origin theory within the PFUSR framework. Time has a dual nature: its primordial form is the trace of cosmic helical motion, and its advanced form is a substantial physical quantity that participates in causal evolution. The universe does not have a unique inherent unidirectional time arrow; the uniform time observed by humans is a macroscopic appearance formed by global formatting. Universal perturbations generate numerous local private time arrows, which can advance, lag, deviate or locally reverse. A global temporal convergence mechanism ensures that local arrows are eventually assimilated into the global trend. The time residual δ is defined as the unformattable deviation that sustains cosmic vitality and free will. Human calendars reflect the dual‑level time structure. This paper constructs a complete, self‑consistent advanced time theory in the PFUSR system.
