Monetary and Foreign Exchange Approaches During Sanctions: New Solutions

Large-scale anti-­Russian sanctions, which are likely to be protracted, have created fundamentally new conditions–both inside and outside. To ensure economic growth in such environment, new approaches are needed. They should lay basis for stable and durable growth. Thera are a number of monetary tools which may be used to this end. A broad based economic activity, less susceptible by sanctions may emerge as a result.
