This study examines digital banking adoption and customer satisfaction at HDFC Bank based on secondary data from RBI, NPCI and HDFC Bank annual reports. The study analyzes usage patterns, satisfaction levels and challenges faced by customers. Findings indicate high adoption of mobile banking among young and educated customers with overall positive satisfaction. Key challenges include security concerns, technical issues and digital literacy gaps. The study recommends enhanced security measures, customer awareness programs and improved user experience.
