This article revises the v1. 0 QST Electron BST technical article after an ex- ternal audit. The classification is downgraded from an unconditional global closure statement to a conditional closure theorem under an adopted global master action. The adopted-action derivation is internally consistent: the 5VYY protected-sector Hessian gives χmin QST= κσ, and the corresponding splitting law is ϵmin n = CK κgsσ2φ−2n. However, historical uniqueness of the adopted global action from the older QST corpus is not claimed. The final status is therefore CONDITIONALPASSUNDERADOPTION. The result is a structural and algebraic closure theorem, not yet a numerical prediction until the remaining parameters are fixed from first principles or in- dependently calibrated.
