This paper presents the V30 radiative stack consistency audit of the electron-like packet programme in the Emergent Condensate Superfluid Medium (ECSM) framework. Earlier stages constructed an inherited finite-radius, occupancy-locked electron-like packet with effective charge qₑff ≃ −0. 9993035720, rest-energy scale Eᵣest ≃ 514. 0698768 keV, and fine-structure input αfs = 0. 0072973525692838015. V30 does not introduce a new electron-sector doorway and does not claim a precision observable prediction. Instead, it audits whether the already-derived V25–V29 radiative and amplitude doorway results remain mutually consistent when placed into one inherited no-refit stack. The audit checks preservation of inherited packet values, finite and positive αfs, the alpha-order magnetic doorway, finite self-energy/propagator doorway, Lamb-like S > P hierarchy, V27b leading-log Lamb-like scale closure, V28 running-response and high-q saturation signatures, V29 low-transfer scattering-amplitude and cross-section tracking, V29 high-transfer finite suppression, finite coherence deformation, and explicit no-fit/no-overclaim flags. The notebook reports 18/18 consistency criteria passed, with final label: PASSSTRONGRADIATIVESTACKCONSISTENCYAUDIT The stack preserves αfs/ (2π) = 0. 0011614097328858596, retains the V27b Lamb-like scale ratio 0. 6212718242772969, the V27b finite-response suppression ratio 2. 819098344319236×10⁵, the V28 low-q running-response maximum relative difference 0. 02566965194502264, the V28 high-q suppression ratio 3. 562045955045875×10⁵, and the V29 low-transfer amplitude and cross-section differences 0. 029183823069543233 and 0. 0575159506101321. The V29 high-transfer cross-section ratio remains 2. 4892677574565817×10^-9. This result is deliberately limited. V30 does not claim full QED, a renormalised S-matrix, precision scattering, precision Lamb-shift spectroscopy, or measured-observable fitting. It establishes that the inherited V25–V29 radiative/amplitude stack is coherent enough to freeze as input for a later V31 locked non-doorway observable test.
