This paper presents SERCHIA/MHCA as a conceptual and practical framework for studying situated human-AI interaction. SERCHIA, understood as a Relational Cognitive Human-AI Link System, proposes that the value of artificial intelligence does not depend only on its technical ability to answer questions, but also on the relational framework in which it is used: language, continuity, memory, boundaries, purpose, explicit permission, and human responsibility. MHCA, the Hybrid Cognitive-Affective Model, develops the dimension of cognitive support and contextual care, without attributing human consciousness, real emotions, or biological subjectivity to AI.Based on a real experience of continued use in a family, work, educational, and creative environment, this paper distinguishes between one-off AI use as a consultation tool and situated use as support for ongoing processes. It analyzes examples of technical assistance, everyday organization, educational production, authorized proactive follow-up, and reduction of cognitive overload. The objective is not to humanize artificial intelligence, but to propose more human, responsible, and ethical ways of relating to it, avoiding both cognitive dependence and affective invasion or surveillance. SERCHIA/MHCA is therefore presented as a contribution to understanding AI as an auxiliary cognitive workspace, situated in real contexts and always subordinated to human judgment.
