In the current digital age, interior designers are facing the challenges of improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer engagement. The integrated application of virtual reality technology and algorithms provides an innovative method for previewing design solutions, and may have a profound impact on the design process. This research adopts the methods of literature review and case analysis. We first carry out an extensive literature review on the application of VR technology and algorithms in interior design to understand the current research and practice status. Second, we discuss the specific application methods and effects of VR technology and algorithms in the preview of interior design solution through actual cases analysis. Finally, we extract key viewpoints and conclusions from research literatures and cases. The research results show that the integrated application of VR technology and algorithms has significant advantages in the preview of interior design solutions.
