By rationally setting up organizational positions, scientifically selecting core employees, and searching for the best matching relationship between personnel and positions, enterprises ensure that they achieve the development strategy goals of reducing costs and improving benefits. Scientific and reasonable human-post matching relationship is not only the ultimate goal of human resource management, but also the key to the development of an enterprise. Based on the BP neural network, this paper constructs a matching model between "organization-post-personnel". Based on the above-mentioned person-post matching model, a post-demand-oriented employee post analysis management system was designed to provide corporate managers with personnel portraits and post configuration capabilities.
