This paper explores the transformation of values orientations among Kazakhstani youth in the context of rapid digitalization and globalization. Based on an original survey of 210 respondents aged 15-25 from various regions of Kazakhstan, the study examines how traditional values (family, respect for elders, national traditions) interact with emerging values such as self-realization, freedom, and digital self-presentation. The findings demonstrate the formation of a hybrid value model in which strong attachment to family and cultural heritage coexists with increasing individualism and engagement in global digital culture. Digital platforms emerge as key spaces for the reinterpretation and transmission of national identity. The results have practical implications for youth and cultural policy, suggesting the importance of integrating digital environments into strategies for preserving and promoting cultural values.
