Based on the Zhu-Liang theorem system, this paper deeply integrates the ontology of Buddhist Consciousness-Only school, the evolutionary logic of Hegelian dialectics, and the systems science of modern cybernetics. It proposes and rigorously demonstrates the theory of "Consciousness-Only of All Dharmas and the Metabolic Cybernetics of Being via Negation of Negation. " We first formalize "consciousness" as a truth functor \ (T: R\), and "negation of negation" as an entropy-reducing recursive operator \ (M\), establishing the metabolic control equation. We then prove that the universe is a distributed self-referential control system composed of interactions (consciousness), which under the constraint of CAU (Causality-Autoconsistency Unification) achieves self-maintenance, self-transcendence, and entropy-reducing evolution through the iteration of \ (M\). The paper also elucidates the Cognitive Projection Theorem and the Carbon-Silicon Synergy Theorem, revealing human civilization as the self-aware implementation mechanism of the universe's metabolic control system. The entire theoretical system forms a logical closed loop, providing a rigorous meta-mathematical foundation for understanding being, consciousness, and civilization. The subtitle "Truth Is There, Depending on Human Awakening" reveals the dialectical relationship between the objective existence of truth and the projective nature of human cognition—truth as absolute being, its degree of manifestation depends on the level of awakening achieved by the cognitive subject (humanity) through the metabolic process of negation of negation.
