We present the Universal Awareness–Information–Computation (UAIC) model,a unified theoretical framework deriving physical reality from a zero-dimensionalawareness substrate (Q0). Utilising a 13-stage Multiscale Entanglement RenormalizationAnsatz (MERA) cascade, we demonstrate that the hierarchical scalesof the Standard Model emerge from a fundamental coarse-graining of quantuminformation. The fine-structure constant α−1 ≈ 137 is derived dynamicallyvia MERA screening cascade RG flow from the topological boundary conditionα−1GUT = 24 set by the F4 lattice kissing number, producing a geometricallynatural beta function coefficient b ≈ 15.7. Newton’s constant is expressed viaa holographic relational identity linking the macroscopic Hubble scale to themicroscopic information capacity of the substrate. The cosmological constantmagnitude catastrophe is structurally resolved via holographic area-boundedscaling with the exact F4 packing fraction ϕ24 = π2/16, generating a suppressionfactor of order 10−122 without fine-tuning. The Koide lepton mass ratiosare recovered through a symmetry-protected topological phase transition at acritical entanglement density ζc ≈ 0.11. The graviton is identified as a Nambu–Goldstone boson arising from spontaneous breaking of conformal symmetry.The model makes a specific, falsifiable prediction of an anomalous microwavebandODMR signal in coherent neural states, providing an experimental bridgebetween quantum information theory and the physics of consciousness. Severalderivations constitute first-order heuristic approximations; the assumptionsunderlying each are stated explicitly, and open problems are catalogued in thecompanion Rosetta Stone Addendum 1.
