Talking about digital transformation is talking about the civilizational revolution of the future. The role that digital transformation represents in reducing the phenomenon of corruption has become clear through reducing effort and time, facilitating government procedures, overcoming bureaucratic obstacles, unifying accounting practices, and establishing transparency rules, which facilitates the process of oversight, follow-up, and accountability. A global index was developed to measure corruption As an index (CPI) as a standard for the role of digital transformation in combating corruption, it is necessary as it is a global interface to measure the extent of countries’ success or failure in confronting corruption.In addition to the fact that it gives a kind of reassurance to foreign investment within the country, it works to improve the procedures to help Iraq in the media that it is a suitable environment for investment.
