This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations as well as the practical aspects of improving technologies for working with gifted students. It discusses the identification of gifted learners, the development of their intellectual and creative potential, the creation of individualized learning trajectories, and the effective application of modern pedagogical technologies. Furthermore, the impact of innovative approaches on the quality of education is analyzed, and practical recommendations are proposed.
