This volume is a reader’s guide to the twelve foundational letters of the BCT Superfluid Lattice Model. It does not replace those letters — each is a complete, peer review-quality paper available open access on Zenodo. It provides honest summaries of what each letter actually contains, what it proves, and where it fits in the programme. The BCT programme derives 280+ Standard Model observables from three geometric inputs with zero free parameters: roct = (√2−1)/2, rtet = (√6−2)/4, and ΛQCD= 220 MeV. These twelve letters establish the geometric foundation from which everything else follows. Tier labelling: PROVEN = locked, terminal-verified. CANDIDATE = solid geometric basis, experimental verification required. OPEN = named unsolved problem.
