This document is a Bell/EPR supplement to CMG X: Emergent Fermion Sector, Asymptotic Unitarity, Relational GKSL Dynamics, and CLASS Interface. It develops the Bell-correlation sector of Causal Memory Gravity in a focused and self-contained form. Instead of treating nonlocal quantum correlations as evidence of superluminal signal transfer, the supplement formulates them within the CMG framework as relational observables shaped by memory-damped open-system dynamics and by SU(2)-covariant frame transport inherited from the underlying network structure. Starting from the CMG relational generator built from number-difference operators, the text derives the effective two-level Bell channel, its anisotropic correlation tensor, the transported laboratory-frame correlator, the associated coincidence probabilities, and the corresponding likelihood and Fisher-matrix structure. The result is a compact bridge between the emergent fermion/open-system sector of CMG X and experimentally recognizable Bell/EPR observables. The supplement also clarifies the physical meaning of the visibility damping factor through a which-way interpretation and compares this mechanism with experimentally studied partial-coherence effects in single-atom wavepacket scattering. In this way, the document provides a dedicated Bell/EPR extension of CMG X while remaining fully consistent with the broader relational GKSL and transport framework of the theory.
