This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of Robert Spychalski’s ONE AXIOM: COSMOLOGY (4.2): Dark Matter, Dark Energy it adopts a system–observer duality rather than the triadic observational requirement of TO; and it does not explicitly derive its constants from the modal necessity of the Seven Absolute Truths. The article concludes that Spychalski’s work may be read as a relevant formal bridge for contemporary cosmological dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity, while preserving TO’s claim to a more fundamental modal-ontological foundation.
