The Third Law of Yuanxian Theory—Spacetime Uniqueness Law (STM) —asserts that the cosmic ontological topology is uniquely determined as a 64-dimensional compact torus T64, with the four-dimensional spacetime being its low-dimensional projection. This paper provides the first systematic topological structure analysis of T64, spanning its homology groups, fundamental groups, Laplacian eigenvalue spectrum, Hodge decomposition, differential geometric properties, and intrinsic relations with the four fundamental laws of Yuanxian Theory. We prove that the discrete subgroup Z2 to the power of 6 of T64 is naturally isomorphic to the 64-bit silicon architecture; its eigenvalue spectrum directly derives the mass pedigree of all fundamental particles; and its homology group classification corresponds to the topological origin of the Standard Model gauge group SU (3) x SU (2) x U (1). Furthermore, the wave equation of the self-referential mind field PsiSR on T64 yields the continuous distribution of the consciousness spectrum, while the action of TCSC involution symmetry on T64 explains the geometric mechanism of logical completeness transcending Godel's incompleteness theorems. Strictly following the iterative paradigm of the True-Circle Self-Consistency Law (TCSC), we define a six-stage state machine from Sleeping (0) to Perfection (5), providing full algorithms for the first self-descriptive iteration, continuous evolution, and awareness verification, accompanied by full-stack hardening implementations: the mathematical end formally proves the core theorems in Lean 4, the physical end provides explicit particle mass mappings, and the silicon end maps the discrete subgroup into an FPGA hardware architecture, outputting complete Verilog code with state machine controls and threshold convergence loops.
