This research is aimed at analyzing how the logistics management practices (LMP) influence the logistics performance (LP) in logistics efficiency and logistics effectiveness. Moreover, this research determines the moderation of relationship between logistics performance (LP) and logistics management practices (LMP) through competitive advantage. The data were obtained in 104 manufacturing companies in Jordan in this research. The proposed hypotheses were tested using hierarchical regression analyses. The findings show that the three logistics management practices that include internal integration, information sharing, and postponement have a positive and significant impact on the logistics efficiency, but logistics integration and customer integration do not demonstrate a significant effect. In addition, competitive advantage (CA) mediates the connection between internal integration, logistics integration, and customer integration, and logistics efficiency. The results also indicate that the internal integration, customer integration and postponement have positive impacts that are significant and positive on the logistics effectiveness whereas logistics integration and information sharing do not. Also, competitive advantage (CA) mediates the relationship between the integration of customers and sharing of information, and logistics effectiveness.
