Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic caused significant disruption in the operations of the World Association of Social Psychiatry (WASP) early career psychiatrists (ECPs) section. In response to the situation, the representatives from the 2023 cohort worked to adapt the section toward digital sustainability. They created changes in the section’s bylaws, expanded membership, and spearheaded digital activities to promote the section’s mission and goals. In keeping with the section’s previous iterations, the ECPs section in the digital age moved to maximize technology to create globalized partnership opportunities for its members. This article aims to report the activities conducted by the 2023–2025 WASP Early Career Section. It presents a review of the section’s history, the revisions of its bylaws, a summary of its initiatives, and recommended future directions.
