This narrative review will highlight the restorative workflows for full-arch implant dentistry- understanding the traditional analog techniques that have been tried-&-true for capturing the implant positions, to the ever-evolving transition to digitally acquiring the full-arch implant positions with various technological armamentarium available today. This manuscript will also involve the evolution of the materials used for fabricating such prostheses and the advantages and disadvantages for each decision. This work aims to guide the clinician towards understanding the various techniques available for digitally capturing the full-arch implant positions, and hopefully allow for a seamless integration of such workflows in a contemporary implant practice.
