Abstract

This report presents the confirmatory results of PHILIA Phase SC-9a, a pre-registered analysis applying the locked v32 self-raw × 3-channel normalization apparatus to n=182 substrates (RealWorld n=90, Synthetic n=44, Physics n=18, Financial n=30) under independent seeds 72–76 (T=80, 000, 910 total runs, 905 successful). Two confirmatory hypotheses were tested under Bonferroni correction (αₚer=0. 025, k=2). H-SC9a-Primary (AR sub-family θ-sweep Spearman monotonicity, n=19, AC1<0. 95): NOT CONFIRMED. Observed ρ (θᵣank, ρₐt_θ) =+1. 000 (criterion: ≤−0. 90), exact permutation p=1. 000. The NOT CONFIRMED outcome reflects a substrate-class-specific limitation of the pre-registered test statistic when applied to AR (1) substrates — near-deterministic AC1↔MSE coupling eliminates within-stratum MSE variance required for the θ-sweep ρₐt_θ measure to function as designed — rather than v32 apparatus instability. Device integrity is confirmed by SA-2 (§4. 5): AR (1) φ-sweep ρ (φ, zᵣef) =−0. 9752 under seeds 72–76, the third independent seed-replication of the SC-2 canonical finding (SC-2: −0. 9636; SC-8: −0. 971).
