TQNT-V5. 6 v1. 2 global empirical verification synthesis across 17 public datasets (LHC EW/hadronic, DM direct detection LZ/XENONnT/PandaX, 0νββ, nuclear masses, PDG lifetimes, neutron stars, GW, cosmic rays, Planck CMB, DESI BAO, water isotopes, muon g-2, KATRIN). Validates Ωₜs mass operator at RMS 1. 72%, median 0. 63%, 98. 5% <5% on 67 PDG particles. EW: mH -0. 87%, mZ +0. 15%. V5. 5 closure documented: α=1. 1991 (0. 08%), κg=3. 13e-53 m (0. 05%), and the analytic step-8 Ω²-saturated closure at M_*=10¹2 M_⊙. v1. 2 update incorporates Press-Schechter step 7 and Ω²-saturated step 8 (commits ee01be9, e0a54f4).
