This paper tests whether the torsion--corner equivalence found in the coupled twistor transport reduction survives at higher geometric altitude. While the transport generator only sees the effective rotor (-32 S), the surface obstruction atoms distinguish pure axial torsion from rotation. The resulting residue formulas identify a surface-level torsion detector, together with stealth, clock-silencing, and curvature-grade blindness loci.
