The Temporal Measure Framework (TMF v6) is a differential-geometric model of the structure of experienced time. The realized temporal surface T² = S¹ × S¹ is derived as the unique admissible filter image via topological uniqueness proof. The coupling constant β = ρPl⁻¹ is derived from Planck-scale vacuum geometry. Three falsifiable empirical predictions (F1–F3) are formulated with explicit falsification criteria.
