Abstract My presentation is to outline and also present to you some of the burning issues which I call contending issues in the world information and communication order or disorder. After presenting these contending issues, you can add to or take from the issues. The issues are not mutually exclusive and they are not limited to only the issues I am going to present. At the end of the day, I will bring out the available options for the developing countries and you will decide whether to continue or discontinue the debate from that perspective.
