This deliverable forms part of WP6 of CROPS, its aim to build awareness of the project, of its potential impacts and to disseminate knowledge regarding the projects’ scientific and social achievements. This document describes the plan for the exploitation, dissemination and communication of results and all the activities related to this. The aim is to reach a broad range of stakeholders by providing different levels of information through different communication means, tailored on the basis of stakeholder roles and interests. It defines the consortiums’ strategy and concrete actions related to the communication and exploitation of results, and the presented activities contribute both to internal and external dissemination for all partners of the project. This deliverable concludes with a list of future actions, defining a roadmap for future activities within the CROPS project – becoming a strategic document for partners in helping them establish the basis for their outputs in terms of future exploitation, multiplication and sustainability actions.
