Investigated public university librarians' perception of the impact of the utilization of online information resources (OIR) for effective services delivery on the library users in South-East, Nigeria. To guide the study, one objective, and one research question were used while one hypothesis was formulated and tested at a 0.05 level of significance. Descriptive survey was adopted for the study. The population of the study was 174 professional librarians. Total census was used for the study.
