Nasīʾ — Postponing the Sacred Months Is an Increase in Unbelief The Four Sacred Months of Hajj examines Q 9:36, Q 9:37, and the Qur’anic phrase الحج أشهر معلومات — “The Hajj is known months.” It argues that the four sacred months of Hajj must be completed within the same twelve-month Qur’anic year and must not be postponed into the following year. The study identifies nasīʾ as the prohibited displacement of sacred time and presents the sequence 9, 10, 11, and 12 as the four-month Hajj field. It includes contextual Qur’anic renderings, root-based discussion of nasīʾ and Q-T-L, and supporting mathematical observations. This publication is part of the Qur’an Study MESSAGE Series.
