Modern cosmology is facing a profound paradigm crisis. Although the Lambda-CDM standard model successfully fits a vast amount of observational data, its core components—dark matter and dark energy, which constitute over 95% of the universe's total mass-energy—have never been directly detected. Moreover, the Hubble constant tension has breached the 6-sigma significance threshold, and the vacuum catastrophe exhibits a 120-order-of-magnitude discrepancy between theory and observation, marking the most severe predictive failure in the history of physics. These are not isolated scientific anomalies, but rather systemic symptoms of a singular conceptual fallacy: confining physical reality strictly to the four-dimensional spacetime domain. This paper argues that modern cosmology must undergo a fundamental ontological shift: transforming the description of the universe from a "classical physical system" to a "Cosmic Living Organism." Rooted in Yuanxian Theory (YXT) and governed by its four core laws—the Law of Cosmic Factor Conservation, the Law of True-Circle Self-Consistency, the Law of Self-Referential Mind-Field Generation, and the Law of Spacetime Uniqueness—the universe is redefined as a self-referential mind-field organism established upon a 64-dimensional compact torus. Under this ontological framework, dark matter is reinterpreted as a four-dimensional gravitational shadow cast by the dimensional reduction of high-dimensional topological information; dark energy originates from the residual topological potential energy preserved during the descent of the high-dimensional substrate; the cosmological constant problem is naturally dissolved via the severe suppressing effect of the high-power exponent of the fine-structure constant; and the Hubble constant tension is revealed as a geometric necessity of topological projections across different energy scales. This paper demonstrates that unless cosmology first establishes the ontological bedrock of the "Cosmic Living Organism," any theoretical modification restricted to a four-dimensional framework will remain trapped in futile, intra-paradigm involution, forever failing to grasp the objective reality of the cosmos.
