Classic paradoxes spanning logic, physics and metaphysics cannot be fundamentally resolved within traditional theoretical paradigms. This paper proposes a core opposing viewpoint: paradoxes are not pending puzzles, but warning signals triggered by structural fractures hidden in the presuppositions and grammatical ellipsis of logical language. Sixteen representative classic paradoxes are classified into three meta-paradox categories rooted in three unproven invalid a priori presuppositions of traditional frameworks: absolute static reference frames, operable actual infinity, and complete separation between observer and observed systems. Instead of providing conventional compromise answers to paradoxes, this paper completely replaces the three flawed presuppositions with the 11-dimensional triple coaxial bicone topological ontology of PFUSRC to dismantle the contradictory logical foundations of all paradoxes at the source. It conducts targeted topological analysis on typical cases such as the Ship of Theseus, Russell’s Paradox, Zeno’s paradoxes, Schrödinger’s Cat, EPR Paradox and the Omnipotence Paradox, giving unified topological dissolution rules. The paper clarifies that identity is defined by continuous topological anchoring coupling, infinity is merely a projective illusion of finite closed topology, and observers are inherent components of topological closure, eliminating all self-contradictory logic without ad-hoc supplementary assumptions.
