This preprint presents the final freeze of the Methane Metauniverse MMU framework as an SI anchored internal medium response model. The purpose is not to claim that MMU is proven physics, or that it replaces QED, general relativity, or the Standard Model. Instead, the article documents a status bound and reproducible theory test framework with fixed natural constants, fixed diagonal stiffness laws, explicit K M C operator discipline, readout rules, route ledgers, and visible open bridges. The paper summarizes the MMU internal state space w2 w3 w4, the role of w1 as readout only, the SI anchored stiffness formulas, the K M C and G234 operator architecture, the source readout and Hessian route logic, and the audit program used to test structural routes without post output retuning. It also reports the main outcomes of the V25 to V36 audit sequence, including clock route boundaries, partial Stark and readout support, Lamb and interface Hessian localization, partial radiative and chiral structure support, and the remaining open need for a renormalized bound state Green or self energy kernel. The article should be read as a final status and reproducibility record of the MMU research program. It identifies what is carried internally, what is supported only at the simulation or audit level, what remains open, and which stronger claims are explicitly rejected or forbidden. Its main contribution is to freeze the framework, prevent claim drift, and provide a transparent basis for future external review or independent reproduction.
