Based on fractal geometry and nonlinear dynamics, this paper establishes a strict mathematical positioning for 3, 6 and 9:3 refers to the first non-period-doubling periodic number (period-3 window) of the period-doubling sequence along the real axis after the Feigenbaum limit point, corresponding to the dimensional threshold where recursion initiates;6 denotes the primary period-doubling derivative of the period-3 window (period-6 window), serving as the closed constant for recursive balanced symmetry;9 is the first node derived from the complex-branch tripling path of the period-3 window (period-9 window), acting as the self-similar convergence point for recursive homing, which is designated as the semantic node of "homing convergence" within the Huaxia field spectrum. This paper proves the recursive mapping relation between 33/66/99 and primitive 3/6/9 via algebraic identities: 33=3×11, 66=6×11, 99=9×11. The multiplier 11 carries dual-spectrum semantic assignments: from the number theory perspective, it corresponds to the integer-domain projection of the critical line Re(s)=½ proposed in REC-001; from the ontological perspective, it matches the yin-yang manifestation magnification defined in REC-008. The protocol package layer density mechanism of constant 11 remains incompletely elucidated and is incorporated into the spectrum as a working hypothesis for subsequent research.
