Professor Philippe Moulin is head of the department of endocrinology at Hospices Civils de Lyon since 2003 and professor of human nutrition at Faculté Lyon Est, Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University since 1995. He leads an INSERM team in the CARMEN U1060 research unit and has contributed to research on dyslipidemias, including the identification of PCSK9 mutations and Apo AV mutations.
