Kathleen L. Grady is a Professor of Surgery and Medicine in the Divisions of Cardiac Surgery and Cardiology at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University. She also serves as the Administrative Director of the Center for Heart Failure at the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute of Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Her research focuses on health-related quality of life and psychosocial and behavioral issues in patients with advanced heart failure who undergo heart transplantation and mechanical circulatory support implantation.
