Azita H. Talasaz

Azita H. Talasaz works in Cross-Cutting Cardiology affiliated with NewYork–Presbyterian Hospital.

Azita H. Talasaz is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Pharmacist in the Critical Care Unit at NewYork Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center. She previously served as Research Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University after completing her Experimental Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy Research Fellowship there, and was a Tenured Professor in Clinical Pharmacy at Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Cardiology Pharmacist at Tehran Heart Center. She has published extensively on antithrombotic agents and management of patients with acute cardiovascular diseases.
