This paper aims to explore the acceptance of Web Based Training System for in-service teachers at Teacher Training Institute in Nawabshah, Pakistan. The main focus is to find out the perception of trainees regarding Web Based Training as Continuous Professional Development of teachers. The study is based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) model. In order to carry out this study, a questionnaire has been designed to investigate the acceptance and use of WBTS in teachers' training institutes. Based on the experiments, an analysis of the challenges faced by the trainees during the use of the technology has also been presented.
