The study aimed at revealing the application degree of the principles of leadership theory with the ethics of sheikhs among school principals in the Jordanian ministry of education and its relationship to some variables. The researchers used the descriptive survey methodology. The study sample consisted of (1133) teachers, who were distributed among three directorates of education, representing the three regions of the Kingdom. The results indicated that school principals were practicing the principles of leadership theory with ethics of sheikhs at a high level from the point of view of teachers. Also, the results pointed out that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of school principals apply the principles of leadership theory with ethics of sheikhs due to the region, school level and educational experience. Furthermore, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of school principals apply the principles of leadership theory with ethics of sheikhs due to the gender variable. Based on the previous findings, the study came out with several recommendations.
