Psychiatric and neurocognitive symptoms due to hypercortisolism were described by Cushing in his original article on patients with Cushing's Disease (CD). Nowadays, it is well known that psychiatric and cognitive complaints are two of the most common and distressing symptoms in patients with hypercortisolism. The most commonly observed psychiatric conditions are depression and anxiety, while mania and psychosis are less common. We present the case of a patient with Turner syndrome who developed recurrence of CD 14 years after successful surgery.
