This article employs a normative legal research approach to analyze pertinent regulations pertaining to consumer protection in online transactions, including the Consumer Protection Law and the ITE Law in Indonesia. The primary challenges include a lack of consumer awareness of their rights in the context of digital transactions and the necessity for regulatory reform to keep pace with the rapid development of digital technology.
