The study aimed to determine the effect of financial performance in this case profitability and liquidity on firm value with company size as a moderating variable in shipping sub-sector transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2019 to 2023. This study used a sample of 8 shipping sub-sector transportation companies using the multipurpose sampling method on the IDX in 2019-2023. Secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports of the Company are used to analyze using multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study it was found that profitability and liquidity had no significant effect on firm value. Company size does not moderate the effect of profitability and liquidity on the value of shipping companies in Indonesia. Investors are expected to be able to make the right decision by considering the size and performance of the company when making investment decisions in the Indonesian capital market.
