Tendencies and Prospects of Improvement of Laws of the Russian Federation in the Subsoil Waste Treatment Sphere

The article is devoted to the study of the current legislation establishing legal requirements in the field of waste management of subsurface use. The problems of improving the legal mechanism for handling waste generated during the construction and operation of underground structures not related to mining, the problems of handling subsurface use waste as objects of ownership, as well as problems related to the possibility of further use of by-products of oil refining are considered. Proposals have been formulated to improve the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of waste management of subsurface use.
