This pilot study evaluated the feasibility and effectiveness of an online weight loss intervention for breast cancer survivors with excess weight. Ten participants (BMI 24.4-43.9 kg/m2) completed an 8-week program incorporating dietary education, mindful awareness and attention training, and step tracking. The intervention resulted in a significant reduction in body weight (2.9 ± 1.2 kg at 8 weeks; 2.67 ± 1.28 kg at 12 weeks, p = .002 < .05). However, no significant improvements were observed in self-efficacy, mindful awareness and attention, or quality of life. These findings indicate that online interventions may serve as a viable alternative to in-person programs for weight management in the post-pandemic era. Future research should explore the relationship between diet, exercise, mindful awareness and attention, and quality of life among breast cancer survivors.
