The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that the human resources available to any modern enterprise are the basis of the entire resource potential of an economic entity conducting its activities in today’s conditions of ubiquitous digitalization, and their effective management and at all determines the success of the entire activity of the organization. This article discusses the implementation of digital solutions in the human resource management system in order to increase the productivity of the existing employees of the enterprise. The importance of scientific approaches to the development of human resources that correspond to the modern labor market and the needs of market actors is increasing significantly, as the rapidly changing environment is one of the key factors influencing the personnel policy of economic entities. The purpose of this study is to reveal the problem of human resource management in the context of digitalization of enterprises. The author has set the following tasks: to consider modern digital tools used for effective human resource management; to study the impact of the process of implementation of digital technologies in the human resource management system of the enterprise; to identify the key skills of employees in demand in the digital economy. In this paper we used such research methods as: statistical method, methods of analysis, classification, study and analysis of literature. In the course of the study, the author conducted a literature review of foreign and domestic authors, investigated the key features of the development of the potential of human resources of the enterprise in the digital environment.
