The rapid advancement of science and technology in the digital era has driv-en efforts to innovate and create new educational models, particularly within Islamic educational institutions that face challenges in integrating scientific elements with Islamic values. This article aims to present an innovative con-cept using an Islamic STEM-based approach as an alternative solution to contextual educational challenges in the digital age. This study employs a qualitative research method with a library research approach, presenting var-ious data and findings in a descriptive manner. The findings of this study indicate that the Islamic STEM-based curriculum approach represents an integrated model that combines general scientific knowledge with religious knowledge. This model is implemented through various teaching methods, including project-based learning, the epistemic-transcendental approach, and the integration of science with values rooted in Islamic teachings. This innovative curriculum approach has proven effective in shaping students' character and personality across intellectual, spiritual, and emotional domains. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as educators' limited understanding of the integration between secular and religious sci-ences, the absence of centralized standards or policies for an Islamic STEM-based curriculum, and the persistent dualism between general and religious subjects. Therefore, consistent teacher training, interdisciplinary collabora-tion among educators, and supportive educational policies are essential to strengthen the implementation of this approach. These efforts represent a significant opportunity to nurture a generation that is adaptive, intelligent, innovative, creative, and values-driven in the digital era.
